Sønderborg International School is a private educational establishment. It is recognised by and subject to Danish law and receives a subsidy from the Danish State. The School is registered with the Danish Department for Children and education, Undervisningsministeriet, as institution nr: 280202.
The School’s original Articles of Association were approved by the Danish Department for Children and Education, Undervisningsministeriet, on 26 July 2011, and the Articles of Association were last changed and approved at the AGM 25th of August 2021.
The articles of associates were published on the website for the first time on 6 August 2012.
